Brief
We were invited to provide the creative and inspirational platform on which the most exciting and innovative landmark scheme in the North could successfully market its commercial space. Employed to manage every aspect of the marketing plan, our task was to create an influential brand to match the breathtaking structure of Leeds' tallest building.
Process
Our aim was to create a branding strategy to represent the key characteristics of the Bridgewater Place design. Messages promoting the size, quality and location of this iconic development were communicated throughout whilst maintaining a fundamental theme of aspiration. To assist in marketing the scheme, brochures, bespoke marketing packs and a website were created along with a prestigious launch event to signify the completion of the offices.
Result
We delivered a project that has seen 95 per cent of the commercial space now let. By creating a consistent brand image from start to finish, culminating in a successful finale event, we ensured the development is set apart from its competitors whilst gaining recognition and distinction along the way.
