Brief
As a historically significant landmark in the heart of Leeds
city centre, the former Allders store required a creative and innovative platform on which to launch itself as a grade A, modern office and retail destination.
Process
Through extensive research, Turn Key created a name and branding strategy representative of the key attributes and heritage of this unique building. Broad Gate was born and a teaser campaign highlighting the design’s major characteristics was devised to increase awareness of the project. Encompassing each element of the programme - commercial and retail - the brand was unveiled and marketed through a variety of mediums. Brochures for both retail and office, a website, hoardings and an exclusive advertising campaign are the tools being used to ensure a strong marketing push.
Result
A successful teaser campaign ensured significant interest
was raised, increasing the impact of the launch campaign as predicted. Using a range of 3D stills and animations
implemented throughout the branding solution, Turn Key provided the audience with an indepth understanding of how the finished scheme will look and feel. The groundbreaking, ‘spineless’ technology used in the brochure has since given Turn Key recognition for its innovation, diversity and creativity that has inspired more clients to choose alternative designs for their brands which are unique and demand attention.
